2013 Confederate Memorial Day Ceremony and 3rd National Flag Raising

	For their Confederate Memorial Day celebration, the General Jubal A. Early Camp hoisted the World's largest 3rd National Flag up the flagpole at Confederate Memorial Park. After the flag raising, the Blackwater Jack Band entertained everyone with some great music.
